Return Policy
Parts Return Before 30 Days:
You can return any Un-Opened part (In Original Packaging) within 30 days from invoice date for a refund (excluding shipping & handling costs) Minimum charge $5.00.
No Parts Returns will be Accepted after 30 days from Packing Slip Date.
We cannot accept any returns on filters that have been opened or installed.
Backorder Policy
If any filter that you order is on backorder. We will gladly offer you a full refund, or send the filter as soon as it becomes available.
Shipping Policies
Waterfilterfactory ships to the USA Only. We ship via UPS , Fedex, DHL and USPS.
For Orders Under $100 - The Flat Rate Shipping Charge is $3.95.
All Orders Over $100 is Free Shipping.
Customer is Responsible For item(s) Once they are received.
send all returns with insurance and package them accordingly.
Sometimes circumstances may require extra time for shipping : holidays, weather, backordered product. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any delays that may occur.
Damaged Goods Policy
Parts Damaged In Transit:
If You Receive a filter that has been Damaged in Transit: Immediately Contact the Shipping Company (UPS, Fed-Ex, USPS,DHL) with Your Information. Then contact us by email with all of your information. Once the damage claim is processed we will send another part to you.
